1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Hinton Studios website ("Site") and engaging our creative services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our Site or services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you") and Hinton Studios ("Company," "we," "us").

2. Services Description

Hinton Studios provides the following creative services:

• AI-powered film and video production
• Short film development and production
• Television and digital commercial production
• User-generated content (UGC) creation
• Creative strategy and brand consulting
• Post-production and visual effects

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project agreements between the Company and Client.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Company IP

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, animations, code, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Hinton Studios and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

3.2 Client Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive a license to the agreed-upon deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Hinton Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, showreels, and marketing materials.

3.3 AI-Generated Content

Our productions may incorporate AI-generated elements. Ownership and usage rights of AI-generated content will be detailed in each project agreement in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Project Engagements

• Proposals & Agreements: All projects commence upon mutual execution of a project agreement or statement of work (SOW).
• Revisions: The number of revision rounds included will be specified in each project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
• Timelines: Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith. Delays caused by client-side dependencies (feedback, approvals, assets) may extend the timeline.
• Cancellation: Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.

5. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to commence work
• Final payment is due upon delivery of completed deliverables
• Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances
• All prices are quoted in the currency specified in the project agreement

6. Website Use

When using our Site, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written permission
• Use any automated system to scrape or extract data from the Site
• Attempt to interfere with the Site's security or functionality
• Submit false or misleading information through any forms
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hinton Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hinton Studios, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during a project engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hinton Studios operates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

11. Modifications

Hinton Studios reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
