Separate atmosphere from accuracy

A cinematic environment can be expressive; a product demonstration must be accurate. Packaging, logos, dimensions and mechanical movement often need approved photography or 3D assets. Start by marking which shots communicate a mood and which must provide literal evidence about the product.

Use each method deliberately

AI-assisted imagery can support concept exploration and imagined settings. CGI offers direct control over geometry and lighting when suitable assets exist. Live action records real products and performances. A hybrid production can combine these strengths, but the budget must include integration and finishing rather than treating them as free steps.

Brief Hinton with the right assets

Provide pack shots, CAD or 3D files if available, material references and approved claims. Include where the film will run and whether the product appears in close-up. Hinton can recommend an approach and agree review checkpoints around the details most likely to affect approval.
